Summer 2026 - What To Expect Next
The Summer 2026 Season will be here before you know it!
We are excited to have you join us and appreciate your support. Communication is key to ensure the success of the league. Over the course of this season, we will be sending you emails with information you will need this season. Due to this being a mass email system, please check your filters to make sure that messages do not get lost in your junk mail folder. Included are answers to some common questions you may have. If you have any questions, you can email us at [email protected] Summer registration is open NOW until May 24th, 2026. All registration transactions will include your division price plus a 3.99% Processing Fee. Registrations may be accepted after the deadline based on the availability on teams and will be subject to a $10.00 late fee. After the registration deadline, late registration is based upon availability and is not guaranteed. Once registration is full, we will build a waitlist and fill openings from the waitlist on a first-come, first-serve basis. A $10.00 increase in registration will apply and you will be placed on any team that has openings in your grade division. Buddy and Coach requests are less likely to be met during late registration. |

SUMMER SEASON START DATE:

IMPORTANT DATES FOR THE FALL 2024 SEASON:
MAY 1ST, 2026: Fall registration begins.
May 24th, 2026: Initial registration closes. Today is the last day for a guaranteed spot on a team.
May 24th, 2026: Late registration opens based on availability per age division. Spots will be limited. Coach and buddy requests are less likely to be met. A $10 late fee will apply to each player's registration.
May 24th UNTIL 1 WEEK PRIOR TO START OF SEASON: We will be forming teams, confirming coaches, creating schedules, and more during this time.
1 WEEK PRIOR TO START OF SEASON: All final rosters and schedules will be posted. All late registration openings will be fully closed and any waitlist players will be canceled as we will no longer accept any more player registrations at this time.
WEEK OF SEPTEMBER 22ND, 2024: The player's jersey, flags/flag belt, and optional merchandise purchased during registration will be arriving at the shipping address provided with registration.
June 26TH, 2026: 1st week of games. Practice is held 1 hour PRIOR to the game time listed on the schedule each week. Check your schedule under SCHEDULES.
August 7TH, 2026: The last week of the season All teams will have at least one game scheduled today.
August 14TH,2026 *: League make-up date in case of inclement weather or facility issues during the season. Need to be determined by National Flag Football Management.
EQUIPMENT:
NFL FLAG Jersey, Flag Belt/Flags, and a mouth guard must be worn each week. Your jersey and flag belt, plus any additional merchandise you ordered during your registration will be shipped directly to your home. A $12.99 shipping fee will be applied during registration. Your player MUST have a mouthguard to participate. Bring your own, or conveniently purchase one ONLINE for pick up on-site at the Game Day Tent for $5.
Shorts and/or pants without pockets are to be worn during games. If a participant wears shorts/pants with pockets, the pockets need to be taped down to prohibit a player's hand or fingers from getting caught in them when pulling flags.
Players can wear any type of plastic molded cleats or sneakers. No metal cleats allowed.
MERCHANDISE CONCERNS:
If you are missing anything, received the wrong size, or have any questions in regard to your merchandise, please fill out a MERCHANDISE INQUIRY FORM.
COMMON QUESTIONS:
WHEN WILL MY PLAYER(S) RECEIVE THEIR EQUIPMENT?
Once we complete putting teams together, we will send the rosters to our inventory department which will begin to pack and ship out individual equipment to each player. You should expect your NFL FLAG jersey, flag belt, and any other equipment you may have purchased no later than your scheduled Meet & Greet. You must bring a mouthguard to every practice and game. They will be available at the field for $5 each week.
WHAT OTHER EQUIPMENT WILL MY PLAYER NEED THIS SEASON?

WHEN WILL I HEAR FROM MY COACH?
We are hosting our virtual coaches meeting prior to the season on Tuesday, September 24th. You should hear from your coach the week before Meet & Greet.
WILL THERE BE ANY PRACTICES DURING THE WEEK?
We are a recreational organization on a mission to make our favorite sport accessible, inclusive, and fun for every child who wants to play. Part of this mission is only requiring a 2-hour commitment from families each week (practice then game back-to-back on Sundays ONLY) allowing them time to participate in additional activities. Therefore, hosting additional practices prior to the start of the season or during the season aside from the team's hour prior to their game time is prohibited.
WE ALREADY REGISTERED BUT DID NOT ADD JERSEY LETTERING. CAN IT STILL BE ADDED?
Jersey lettering is available until the registration deadline. After the registration deadline, we no longer offer the option for jersey lettering to ensure delivery before the season begins. WE WOULD LIKE TO ADD SOME OF THE ADDITIONAL MERCHANDISE AFTER WE COMPLETED THE REGISTRATION BUT THE OPTIONS ARE NO LONGER SHOWING. CAN WE STILL PURCHASE ANY OF THOSE ITEMS?
Once the registration has been completed, the optional merchandise can not be added to the initial order, however, families are welcome to shop our NFL Flag Fan Shop any time to rep their team or grab some official NFL Flag gear!
ARE THERE PLAYOFFS?
Yes, for our Madden divisions only (4th grade - 8th grade). The top 4 teams in each Madden division will participate in playoffs on the last week of the season. The top 2 teams in each Madden division will then play an additional game following for a Championship game. All other divisions (PreK - 3rd Grade) will not have playoffs but still have a game scheduled for the last week of the season.
